I was shocked to be able to download this in a few moments without ANY problems! I had Windows 7 and after months of use, I am still trying to find my way around Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. I have not found the RIGHT book to walk me through it. But I'm happy I now have it. Maybe by the time it is old and out dated, I'll finally know how to "drive it." :)

I am primarily reviewing the PC Download product. Possibly because I already have Windows 10, the whole download literally took 12 minutes and was as easy as could be. I'm happy I didn't wait for the Key code or wait 2 or more days to have it shipped to me; that would have been a waste of time.

I had purchased a new custom built computer with a "clone" of Microsoft Word. I hated it and knew I had to get the latest version of Microsoft Word, the software I had been using since 2003.

As advertised. This is what I needed. Personally I am delighted that there are only minimal changes and improvements from Word 2010, so very little learning curve here. A sleek, clean product.
