1. When will I receive my purchase?

Instantly. You will be redirected back to PromoKeys.net right after the payment is complete and you will find all your latest purchases there. Also, an e-mail with your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
2. Are the keys genuine?

Yes, we sell only genuine license keys for full versions of Microsoft products (not "upgrade").

NOTE: License keys work only with the official system images (.iso, .img).
3. How many product keys do you have?

We have a limited number of product keys for each product. Don't hesistate to contact us if you are a reseller.
4. How to install?

Windows 10: We provide 32-bit and 64-bit ISO with Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home. Windows 8.1: We provide 32-bit and 64-bit ISO with Windows 8.1 Pro.

Windows 7: With Windows 7 Ultimate And Windows 7 Home Premium purchases we provide 32-bit and 64-bit ISO (with Service Pack 1). Windows 7 Starter is 32-bit only.

Office 2013: Office Professional Plus 2013 includes 32-bit and 64-bit installation files with the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher.

Office 2016: Office Professional Plus 2016 includes 32-bit and 64-bit installation files with the latest versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher.

 Detailed installation instructions are included with every product.
5. Will the keys ever expire?

License is perpetual. Once activated ypur product stays activated.
6. Warranty period?

1 month. After the key gets activated it stays activated forever.
7. What languages are available?

We try include every available language with most products. In case you can't find your language: you can change the system language to another one via US English ISO in Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 after installation (110 languages supported).

Office Professional Plus 2013 and Office Professional Plus 2016 are available in English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

8. What is your return policy?
Returns are possible in rare cases when the software does not work on a user's PC. Usually all problems are solved within 10 minutes, all we need is a screenshot from you. Do not hesitate to contact our support if you have any issue with your purchase and we will help you as soon as possible!
9. How to install a specific version of Windows?
To install Windows 11 Pro for example, you need to download Windows 11 ISO, burn it on a USB Flash Drive, boot into it. When the installer asks you for the product key, choose an option that you don't have a product key. Then the installer will list you all available Windows 11 versions to install. Choose Windows 11 Pro. After the installation is complete, activate your copy in Settings - Activation with you purcahsed product key.
